Dear Customers:
A & B Marketing, Inc. began it’s journey in June 1989 in a little
office on San Jose Blvd., in Jacksonville, Florida with a team of 5
people, supporting a couple hundred RainSoft customers. Because of
your support, we have grown steadily to a team of over 60 people
supporting over 12,000 customers throughout Northeast Florida and
Coastal Georgia. Our team includes 5 people Certified by the Water
Quality Association (WQA) with over 67 years of experience in this
industry. We understand and solve the serious water problems our customers
have experienced.
Our team members are like family to us, as are our customers, many of
which have become our personal friends over the years. We have experienced
births, which we celebrated with our customers and deaths that we have wept
over. We have experienced, children of customers purchasing their first
homes and not moving in until we installed their RainSoft systems. We have
experienced, moving customer systems from home to home to home. We have
experienced, customers purchasing second, third and even fourth systems
when they sell their old home and purchase new homes and are forced by the
person purchasing their home to leave their RainSoft system. And we still
continue to experience the joy of a customer telling us about all of the
benefits of having RainSoft water in their homes. Thank you for allowing
us to share in your lives.
